Save the Date! Again this year, on Wednesday, November 15, Mayfield Woods will host “Meet and Greets” prior to conference week, during American Education Week.  We recognize that sometimes an extended conference is not necessary but that you may still like to meet your child’s teachers and have a brief exchange about your child’s progress.  This opportunity is especially appealing to parents who do not have academic concerns about their child but simply want to have conversations with several teachers in a quick way.  In this situation, on a “first come, first served” basis, you will have an opportunity to meet with your child’s teacher(s) at Meet and Greets. 

Save the Date and Time!  The Meet and Greets will be held on November 15 as follows:

• Related Arts teachers: 12:10 p.m. – 12:55 p.m.
• 6th Grade teachers: 2:00 p.m. – 2:45 p.m. (Please do not park in the bus loop due to afternoon dismissal)
  • ​Ms. Kennedy and Dr. Cook (Spanish teachers) will be at the 6th grade "meet and greet" due to their schedules
• 7th Grade teachers: 10:00 a.m. – 10:45 a.m. 
• 8th Grade teachers: 8:15 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.  (Note: Please do not park in the bus loop before 8:05 a.m. due to morning arrival)
