PTA Meetings -- Join Us!

• Meetings are the second Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m.
• Meetings are located at the school in the Cafeteria.  You may choose to join our meeting online via GoogleMeet.
• If meeting day/time will vary, we will notify you via email and Facebook.

According to HCPSS Board Policy, all volunteers must complete a:

• Confidentiality Training Course 
• Child Abuse Training 

To complete your training course and register with MWMS, please review and complete the following:

1 - Confidentiality Training Course

According to HCPSS Board Policy, all parent volunteers must complete a Confidentiality Training Course about protecting the privacy of our students, staff, and schools.

• Confidentiality Training Presentation
• Certificate of Completion: Confidentiality Training - Please complete, print and submit this to the MWMS front office once you complete the Confidentiality Training

2 - Child Abuse/Neglect Training Course

Maryland State Law requires that volunteers, including parent volunteers, complete annual Child Abuse Training prior to serving as a volunteer in any school.  Child Abuse Training provides volunteers with the opportunity to learn about child abuse reporting procedures when abuse is suspected. 

• Presentation for Parent Chaperones: Maryland Child Abuse State Law and HCPSS Policy 1030
• Certificate of Completion: Child Abuse and Neglect Reporting Procedures Online Training - Please complete, print and submit this to the MWMS front office once you complete the Child Abuse Training
• Reporting Form
