You're invited on November 17 as part of our American Education Week celebration!

This year Mayfield Woods will host our first ever “Meet and Greets” prior to parent/teacher conference week, during American Education Week!

As you know, parent/teacher conferences are scheduled countywide on November 23, 24 & 25.  We recognize, however, that sometimes an extended parent/teacher conference is not necessary but that you may still like to meet your child’s teachers and have a brief exchange about your child’s progress.  This opportunity is especially appealing to parents who do not have academic concerns about their child but simply want to have conversations with several teachers in an abbreviated way.  In this situation, on a “first come, first served” basis, you will have an opportunity to meet with your child’s teacher(s) at a “Meet and Greet”. 

Save the Date!  The Meet and Greets will be held on November 17 as follows:

• Meet & Greet with Related Arts teachers: 12:10 p.m. - 12:55 p.m.
• Meet & Greet with 6th Grade teachers: 1:05  p.m. – 1:50 p.m.
• Meet & Greet with 7th Grade teachers: 10:45 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. 
• Meet & Greet with 8th Grade teachers: 8:15 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.    (Please do not park in the bus loop before 8:05 a.m. due to morning arrival)
