If you already updated your child's emergency contact information - THANK YOU!

 

If you have not already done so, please take a few minutes to either update or confirm your child's emergency contact information. Although we never hope for an emergency situation, we want to be prepared in the event that one should occur.  With that, our goal is to have 100% of our families complete this update before the first day of school.  Can you help us reach our goal?

 

Even if your child's contact information is exactly the same as it was last year, you will need to either update or confirm your child's emergency contact information.

 

This year emergency contact information will be updated electronically using the Family File.  To access the Family File and resources, please visit HCPSS Connect at www.hcpss.org/connect.  You will use the same user name and password that you used last year in the HCPSS Family Portal / ASPEN.

Family File is replacing the Emergency Procedure Card and can be found by logging in to HCPSS Connect. In the Family File section parents will find all of the information historically located on the Emergency Procedure Cards such as contact information, medical considerations, and preferences.   Find Family File at www.hcpss.org/connect.
