For NEW Registrations/Enrollment to Howard County Public Schools (HCPSS) - please visit 
https://www.hcpss.org/enroll/ to complete the online registration process.   

For CURRENT HCPSS students that are MOVING TO or FROM MWMS - please fill out the HCPSS Change of Address form and return it to erin_clark@hcpss.org, along with your picture ID, new deed/lease and FULL utility bill.  

Registrations will be processed the week of August 14.  Students need to first be registered online to proceed.  We will reach out the week of the 14th to schedule an enrollment appointment for students new to HCPSS.
