Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. the first intercollegiate Greek-letter fraternity established for African American Men, was founded at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York by seven college men who recognized the need for a strong bond of brotherhood among African descendants in this country. Based on the principles of the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, we are super excited to offer a male mentoring program for male students in grades 6 to 8. Members will have the opportunity to learn various skills, connect with peers and build relationships with mentors and other members of the group. Topics range from setting goals and time management to learning how to destress and start a business. The program meets every Thursday after school from 3pm-4:30pm. Permission slips can be optained throught front office or from Mr. King.
