The 2023-2024 Family File is now accessible to families through HCPSS Connect. This is an important step as we prepare for the start of the 2023-2024 school year. Your Family File needs to be verified and/or updated EVERY school year. 

Your completed Family File provides emergency contact and other critical information for students and families prior to the first day of school.  Completing your Family File also ensures that you are receiving important information and updates for HCPSS and Waterloo. 

To complete/update your family file information please see the directions below:

•      Log in to HCPSS Connect using your parent/guardian credentials

•      Select “More Options” from the left navigation

•      Select “Family File” at the top of the page

•      Complete each page of Family File

•      On the last page, select the blue Submit button

Once logged in, parents/guardians will be asked to provide or update all of the following information:

• Student information

• Parent/guardian contact

• Emergency contacts

• Medical information

• Arrival/dismissal procedures

• Media release (photo approval)

• Data confidentiality

• PTA/PTSA directory
