Supports for Students Who Must Quarantine

Mon, 12/27/2021 - 12:59pm

The following instructional resources are available for students to remain academically engaged during quarantine:

  • Students may access instructional materials via their teacher’s Canvas page. If your child does not possess a device, one will be assigned by the school. Please email Mr. Grafton, Media Specialist, and Mrs. Smith, Media Specialist Para to get your device at Timothy_Grafton@hcpss.org and Rhonda_Smith@hcpss.org

  • In addition to accessing instructional resources from teachers’ Canvas pages, students may participate in two weekly virtual check-ins with each teacher to ask questions or receive help on assignments.  Your student should log onto their teachers canvas page to see when their teachers are offering support sessions and to get the google meet code needed to access the support session. (Please remind students that they must be logged in using their HCPSS credentials in order to enter the google meet.) If students have any questions about assignments or are having trouble accessing their support session they should reach out to their individual teacher.
