A panoramic photo of the entire 8th grade class will be taken on Tuesday, May 1. This is always a favorite keepsake for our 8th graders, and is something they will come to value years after they leave Mayfield. More information, including pricing, can be found in the attached document.

If you would like to order a panoramic photo for your child, you have two options for ordering:

• ONLINE: Visit mylifetouch.com
  • ​Enter our school's picture ID code MJ017681T0
  • Enter your child's first name and click "Shop Now"
  • Enter your child's last name and click "Confirm and Continue"
  • Enter the total amount in the box, either:
    • ​16.00 for a non-laminated photo, or
    • 21.00 for a laminated photo
  • Click "Add to Cart" 
  • Check-out

• CASH or CHECK: A picture day ordering form/envelope will be sent home Monday, so be sure to look for it in your child's backpack. A copy of the form is attached.
