The Howard County Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Holiday Commission will host the Annual Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Celebration on January 14, 2018 at Reservoir High School.  A highlight of the celebration is the presentation of awards to or HCPSS middle and high school students' essay contest winners.

The event's theme this year is, "If I cannot do great things, I will do small things in a great way" and the essay theme is, "How do you translate Dr. King's vision in today's times?"
