Beginning this fall 2015, HCPSS will be using "Synergy Conference Management" to schedule parent–teacher conferences. Synergy Conference Management provides a simple user interface and easy navigation.

Parent-Teacher conferences will take place November 23-25, 2015.  Mayfield Woods will conduct conferences on the following dates:

Starting Monday, November 9, 2015 at 3:00 p.m., parents can log into HCPSS Connect to view and select from the time slots provided by the teacher for the conference.  Parents without online access may contact the Mayfield Woods Office of Student Services at 410-313-5025 for assistance in scheduling conferences.  All conferences will be 10 minutes in length with 5 minutes of travel time and will take place in the room identified when scheduling.

In order to give as many parents as possible the opportunity to conference with teachers, a three (3) conference per student limit is necessary.  As in the past, beginning at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 17, parents can go back into HCPSS Connect and schedule as many conferences as they choose given the remaining slots available.  If more than three conferences are scheduled prior to 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 17, we will contact parents and request they choose three conferences and cancel the rest.  It is to your benefit to schedule your initial three (3) conferences per student early as appointments fill up quickly.

Please access the attached guide (below) for step-by-step instructions for scheduling parent-teacher conferences.  You may schedule or cancel your conferences until Thursday, November 19, 2015 at 3:00 p.m.  After November 19, please contact the Mayfield Woods Office of Student Services at 410-313-5025 when conference cancellations are necessary.
