2017-2018 Memory Book
It’s time to order the 2017-2018 memory book! Order forms are being sent home with students the week of January 16th for ordering your memory book. Memory books are $22.00 and must be pre-ordered (for distribution at the end of the year).
Deadline to order: March 29, 2018
****We do not order extra memory books. If you would like for your child to receive a memory book, please order before the March 29, 2018 deadline.***
There are 2 ways to order: online ordering with a credit card or in-school ordering with cash/check. Please see below for directions.
ONLINE ORDERING (available January 3 - March 29, 2018)
2. Enter Yearbook ID code: 13307818
3. Fill in your student’s name and grade
4. Fill in billing information and select payment method (American Express, Discover, Mastercard, or Visa.)
5. Pay for your memory book.
IN-SCHOOL ORDERING - Unfortunately in-school ordering is no longer available. We sold memory books in school between January 22, 2018 - January 26, 2018.

IN-SCHOOL ORDERING (available January 22, 2018 - January 26, 2018 only)
1. Fill out an Order Form with student’s name, grade, and homeroom
2. Enclose $22 exact cash or a check made out to Lifetouch
3. Seal envelope
4. Submit orders to the table outside the cafeteria during homeroom the week of January 22 - January 26, 2018. Late cash/check orders cannot be accepted. Any orders between January 27 - March 29 will have to be done online.
