PTA Meetings -- Join Us!
- Meetings are the second Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m.
- Meetings are located at the school in the Cafeteria. You may choose to join our meeting online via GoogleMeet.

Thank you for your interest in volunteering At Mayfield Woods Middle School! We value our volunteers and the contributions they make to our students and schools.
According to HCPSS Board Policy, all volunteers must complete a:
- Confidentiality Training Course
- Child Abuse Training
To complete your training course and register with MWMS, please review and complete the following:
1 - Confidentiality Training Course
According to HCPSS Board Policy, all parent volunteers must complete a Confidentiality Training Course about protecting the privacy of our students, staff, and schools.
- Confidentiality Training Presentation
- Certificate of Completion: Confidentiality Training - Please complete, print and submit this to the MWMS front office once you complete the Confidentiality Training
2 - Child Abuse/Neglect Training Course
Maryland State Law requires that volunteers, including parent volunteers, complete annual Child Abuse Training prior to serving as a volunteer in any school. Child Abuse Training provides volunteers with the opportunity to learn about child abuse reporting procedures when abuse is suspected.

- Certificate of Completion: Child Abuse and Neglect Reporting Procedures Online Training - Please complete, print and submit this to the MWMS front office once you complete the Child Abuse Training
