Reminder!  Parent conferences are quickly approaching on March 9 and 10, 2017.  As a reminder,  HCPSS will be using the "Synergy Conference Management" to schedule parent–teacher conferences again this March.  

Mayfield Woods will conduct conferences as follows:

You may sign up for parent-teacher conferences as follows:

• February 22 at 3:00 p.m. - Parents may begin to sign up for conferences.
• March 7 at 3:00 p.m. - Parents will no longer be able to sign up for conferences at this time and will need to contact teachers directly with questions.

We are not limiting the number of conferences parents can sign-up for during the March 2017 conferences.

Parents can log into HCPSS Connect to view and select from the time slots provided by the teacher for the conference.  Parents without online access, or who have questions, may contact the Mayfield Woods’ Office of Student Services at 410-313-5025 for assistance in scheduling conferences.  All conferences will be 10 minutes in length with 5 minutes of travel time and will take place in the room identified when scheduling. 

Once the conference scheduling window closes in HCPSS Connect, we ask that you please contact your child’s teachers directly for cancelations or other questions.

Reminder:  If you sign-up for conferences with related arts (RA) teachers, don’t forget that your child’s RA teachers changed at the beginning of the 3rd quarter.  Due to the scheduling program, you are only able to schedule conferences with your child’s 3rd and 4th quarter RA teachers.  If you would like to schedule conferences with your child’s former RA teachers, please email them directly.  Email addresses can be found here:  http://mwms.hcpss.org/departments/related-arts
